BS-SS430 is designed for telescopic and retractable gate systems at factories, warehouses, commercial compounds, residential communities and managed vehicle entrances. Final selection depends on the complete gate structure and drive mechanism, not only the motor power.
Selection and Pre-Installation Checks
- Provide the fully extended gate length, retracted size, approximate gate weight and wheel arrangement.
- Confirm the drive chain, transmission layout and compatibility with the 5-inch 12-tooth output sprocket.
- Check that the travel path is level and unobstructed and that all guide wheels and gate joints move freely.
- Confirm AC220V/50Hz site power, cable routing, grounding and the installation position for the controller.
- Provide expected daily cycles, ambient temperature and required opening or closing controls.
- Confirm requirements for remote controls, warning light, photocells, anti-collision devices, access control and manual release.
