Recommended Project Applications

The BS-DZ306-82L is intended for controlled vehicle entrances where a 24V brushless drive, adjustable operating speed and integration with a parking-management platform are required. Typical projects include commercial parking entrances, residential communities, industrial parks, logistics facilities and managed staff or visitor lanes.

The available boom configuration should be selected according to the clear lane width and the required opening cycle. A straight boom supports lanes up to 6m, while articulated and fence-boom configurations have different maximum lengths. The final boom type, speed setting and safety-device layout should be confirmed before production.

System Integration and Safety Interfaces

The controller provides interfaces for loop detectors, infrared sensors, radar protectors and parking-management systems. Remote control, push-button and computer control are supported. These interfaces allow the barrier to work with ANPR, ticketing or authorized-vehicle workflows, but the exact controller protocol and accessory compatibility must be checked for each project.

A boom barrier controls traffic flow; it is not a certified crash-rated device. Where vehicle-impact protection is required, review the vehicle ramming protection buyer guide and specify appropriately tested bollards or road blockers.

Selection and Installation Checklist

  • Confirm the clear lane width, boom type and required opening time.
  • Confirm the local AC input and the 24V DC motor configuration.
  • Define the vehicle-detection method: loop, infrared, radar or combined protection.
  • Provide the ANPR, parking software or access-controller interface requirement.
  • Check foundation dimensions, drainage, cable routes and cabinet orientation.
  • Confirm manual release and backup-operation requirements for power failure.
